Art in Milano
Piazza del Duomo I remember the moment when I visited Museo del Novecento (Museum of Modern Art) in Milan... I was fascinated with the paintings, the atmosphere and the marvelous view on Piazza del Duomo. You can find lots of painting of Boccioni, a great italian futuristic painter, Morandi and other italian painters, you'll find few pieces of Modigliani and Picasso. I also visited Pinacoteca di Brera (Brera Picture Gallery) where I saw the painting that touched my heart in a special way. It was a piece by Umberto Boccioni - Rissa in galleria (Riot in the Gallery), 1910. The colours and the radiance of the painting is magnificent, its dynamic and energetic. If you visit Milano find some time to visit Milan's art galleries! Rissa in galleria, Umberto Boccioni The Drinker, Umberto Boccioni
